According to the guests' comments, Italian dishes here are tasty and the menu is well-organized. Come to this pizzeria to taste perfectly cooked spaghetti carbonara, lasagna and mussels. Good service and love the atmosphere but i Do not recommended the chicken piccata. The Chicken was not cooked which was my first bite and ruined my whole meal. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Never heard of this place. Just happened to look up places to eat in castle rock, Colorado. I Love pizza!! So I came here to Scileppi's at the old Stone Church. Parked, walked across the street, opened the door and was IMMEDIATELY BLOWN AWAY!! Was greeted, we were the only ones there. Hospitality, genuine customer service. Kindness and we hadn't even been seated yet. IMMACULATE AUTHENTIC architecture! All original. It's an actual old church. The waiter told us the history of the premises. Provided us with menus. Again absolutely blown away. They have Old Testament and New Testament menu selection. Atmosphere can only be experienced can't be described. Absolutely amazing. And we haven't even placed an order yet. Drinks arrived almost instantaneously. Looked over the menu. Placed order for garlic knots and Mozzarella sticks. Within minutes they arrived and then we placed our order, the works minus meatballs add black olives. Felt like in minutes, our big pizza was presented to us. That first slice was almost movie picture perfect!! That first bite was simply amazing!!! All I can say is ingredients is EVERYTHING! The freshness;the ingredients; the presentation; product placement; customer service; atmosphere; reasonable prices!! This place is absolutely amazing! But you cannot simply take my word for it! PLEASE TRY SCILEPPI's for yourself!
