I ordered the so called "Braised Beef" with a demi-glace.The meat was tough and the dish was basically was tough pot roast with beef gravy.My wife ordered a ribeye steak that she ordered Medium Well and it came out Medium rear.The server was great and did a great job.So she wasn't a issue.Being a former chef myself I'm really familiar with a variety of food and it's preparation.The salad and the breadsticks were the only delicious part of our meal.I usually always have great meals at the Olive Tree so this was truly a disappointment .I'm not usually a complaining customer,but just a customer that wants a great restaurant to remain great,Thanks. Earlier this night my family and I stopped by Olive Tree for a what we anticipated would be a great night. We were assigned our favorite waiter and settled in. I informed our waiter that is was allergic to mushrooms when he took our order. When we received our food I took two bites and noticed that there were mushrooms in the order. Our waiter took the food back and brought us another plate. Unfortunately I wasn't there because my body was already reacting to the mushrooms and I had to excuse myself to visit the bathrooms. when I returned my wife and son were already finished and they had bagged up the meal. My order was still on the check. I went to the manager and asked for the meal to be taken off my check. the manages first question to me was "Where's the food?". NOT I'm sorry for serving you food that makes you sick or I regret the mixup. The person who identified himself as the manager was extremely arrogant, condescending, and just rude. At this point I really lost my temper. I'll be honest, I yelled. I was asked to leave. it's a shame that there's not a more customer focused especially when it comes to the allergy awareness. I don't
