Stopped here for lunch having remembered visiting previously but quite a few years ago. Food was great and reasonably priced. Would definitely come back again. The last meal I ate out was a pie, in a different place, and having been disappointed by a bowl of stew with a puff pastry lid I thought I would try the pie at the Orepool. The pie was amazing! Shortcrust pastry base filled with a generous portion of meat and topped with a puff pastry lid, really tasty proper pie. Served with a thick rich gravy, chunky chips, and veg. Wife had a ploughman's which looked delicious and so generous that she took a filled half baguette with her to eat later. Finished mine off with a nice cheesecake and a satisfied belly.
