Renaissance Waterball Club visited the outback grill and it was amazing, from a delicious grilled chicken to good customer service, to amazing ambience and so on. It was a blast, having them change change their karaoke schedule to accommodate our team. Thanks Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I discovered this restaurant thanks to an ad in Fulcrum magazine on my flight to Uyo via ibom air—and I’m so glad I followed through. I visited with a large group (over 9 of us!), and we were all truly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming. Our waiter, Asher, was cheerful and patient, even when he briefly mixed up our orders—he handled the corrections quickly and with a smile. It’s rare to find service that pleasant under pressure. What stood out most? The owner personally came over to welcome us when he heard we were from out of town. He offered us drinks on the house and introduced himself in such a warm, friendly way—it genuinely made us feel seen and appreciated. The food was excellent. The suya was flavorful, the seafood okro reminded me of proper home cooking, and the isiewu was delicious. We had such a great time that we came back the next night with the full crew again, and spent even longer there. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed: clean space, balanced music (not too loud—grown folks appreciate that!), no smoky air, and a safe, calm location. No chaos, no drama—just good food, good company, and good energy. We racked up some large bills both nights, but honestly? It was worth every naira. Only change would be to hasten their output time, as orders take a long time to be served. In summary, I’d absolutely recommend!!!
