Band wasn't good. They had their own following. But the only good thing was the service. They need to audition bands before they bring them on and charge people to get in and listen to them. I want my money back. Price per person: $10–20 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I am a local to Branson and we love going to the Paddlewheel. However the past 3 times we’ve been there with a group of friends for an event, the staff has been completely rude and awful to their customers. It’s to the point where we no longer want to spend our time or money there. You experience this horrible attitude at the front area just trying to get in. We even had reservations! It seems to me they plan these fun events but don’t have the staff or kitchen capacity to handle all the people who show up. One visit, they closed the kitchen to us and said we couldn’t order for an hour. We didn’t even get our food til 9pm at night. Some people had kids and they were kicking their children out of the bar before even receiving their food. Servers yelling at customers. It’s honestly beyond ridiculous how they treat their paying customers AND locals. The food is always awesome and their events are fun BUT the staff makes you not want to be there. We most likely won’t be back. Lots of customer service improvement is needed. AND this is our Mayors bar. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
