We don't understand what you mean about the water not being refreshing as it was regular tap water? Tap water is not something we can influence. There is a bowl of ice next to the tap so customers can take as much as they want. Strangely enough, we have failed miserably with every part of every dish, which is strange as you ate just about all the food considering it was as bad as you describe, such as the fries that cut your throat. The fact that you can go up to the till yourself and order your food and pick up the food yourself is because we have a puck system. We are one of very many restaurants that use that system, we also explained that at the checkout when you ordered and then you certainly didn't seem to think there was a problem. So it doesn't matter if there are many or few customers, but that is the system we use in our restaurant. The fact that we have a puck system means that we can offer our customers lower prices for the food, which many of our customers appreciate, as no extra staff is needed for serving. The pasta you ordered, which you point out was oily, was an Arrabiata pasta that should be cooked in, among other things, olive oil and also contains garlic oil. It would therefore have been wrong of us to call it Arrabiata in the menu if we don't cook it that way. Grilled chicken fillet is one of our most popular and popular dishes because of the soft, juicy chicken and the fries were freshly fried in a new, fresh oil that gives them a fresh and crispy surface. Sad that that was your experience of the dish, but strange that you could eat all the fries if it cut your throat. As the pancakes are served to children, we are extra careful that they should be soft, sad to hear that yours had dry edges.
