Italian food is good here. A number of people have noticed that you can order tasty chicken parmesan, parmo and pesto pasta here. This restaurant has good beer among its drinks.
Most guests mention that the host is nice. Also, visitors recommend The Parmacy because of attractive prices. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is comfortable. Yelp users rate this place 4.5.

Pretty big Parmesan sandwich for $11 but it was really bland flavor. The thicker parts were a bit chewy. There are much better chick parm sandwiches in town in my opinion. Won't be back I'm afraid.

So this is about the only option in town for an eggplant parm sandwich, but it isn't an option at all. Likely the least reliable foodcart in all of Portland. It's never open. Never. They have posted hours, but I have yet to actually encounter them being open during those hours. Perhaps it's out of business and the cart is just rotting in place? I wouldn't know, they don't ever answer the phone and I've made multiple trips from NE to get here and find it closed. Write it off. It's dead.

I love The Parmacy! The Mario and Luigi pasta is my go to but the chicken eggplant Parmesan sandwich is delicious too. The ingredients are all obviously fresh and made with care. It just makes ya feel like you're eating in a home kitchen. Great pasta and sauce :)
