Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Nice service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. Tasty meals at attractive prices are provided here. The atmosphere is pleasant, as clients find it. Facebook gives this bbq the deserved rating of 4.2 stars.

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars only because of the service. My Husband and I visited The Patio Restaurant last weekend and we were very disappointed at the service. I would give 0 stars for the service itself. When we walked into the restaurant, we were told to seat ourselves by the bartender. We found a booth to sit in and were ignored by the wait staff for 20 minutes. Honestly, the only reason we stayed was because we were on our way to a day trip to Santa Barbara and didn't have the time to find another place to eat. Anyways, the bartender apparently was supposed to take our order and when other employees noticed that we haven't been serviced yet, they asked him and all he said was " Oh s**t". He didn't even try to help us. Finally another waitress came by and took our drink order, but she was very busy, she seemed like the only server that was actually working(they had plenty of servers). She took our order and told us that she asked the cook to put a rush on it(which was still very slow). Then when we noticed that she told the other servers that we had been waiting forever while they avoided eye contact and walked right past us, some of them came to our table and apologized giving the classic excuse, "We had a large party". It was very disappointing to hear them giving excuses when none of them were actually tending to that large party they mentioned. Finally, after 50 minutes, our food arrived, and it was delicious. There is nothing bad I can say about the food, it was really good, but I had wished their crappy servers would at least acknowledge us. Would I go back? Maybe, but only if I order take out, I'm not sitting there and waiting for 20 minutes for someone to take my drink order again.
