There is a reason there is no line in front of this place while the other places have long lines. Terrible, cold old food. I should have insisted they drop fresh food into the fryer but I'm disgusted, didn't even want to eat more of it because I'm afraid of getting sick before my flight. I highly doubt their food is kept at temperature especially when I can see the refrigerator display saying 44F

The owners of this establishment need to replace or re-train their staff or at least one female in particular who was on the schedule 05/26 around 1:30 pm. The gentleman at the counter was very respectful and hard working. If I can give him 5 stars I would.. he was taking orders dropping food and plating the orders. He was the only positive. There was another worker present a woman, who was extremely nasty and rude. While the gentleman was working .. she’s in the corner on the phone and instead of helping her co-worker with the long line, she was too busy setting up her Bluetooth speaker and giving out free food to her airport worker friends. When she did attempt to help him, she acted as if she had something better to do other than the job she’s paid for. She was very rude and dismissive to the customer before me, speaking to him as if he were a child. My son misplaced his receipt and she became combative and refused to assist. She became loud and aggressive scaring off all the potential customers who stood in line. The gentleman who originally assisted eventually told her to give us the food. My appetite was ruined and I didn’t want anything the ignorant woman prepared for me. She is fortunate my child was present or this situation would have surely escalated. That little girl needs a new profession and some home training. I seriously hope the company makes some changes from a business standpoint. That nasty ghetto attitude is definitely not good for business. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Who owns or manages this restaurant? It is quite disappointing for this establishment to still be open and operating. I am an airport employee on this concourse and have visited this establishment several times in the past month...only to see a VERY limited menu (oftentimes only chicken strips and fries) and one employee working (taking orders AND cooking). I visited today around 6:20PM and was told by the sole female employee that she was "going on her 30 minute break," even though she'd just pulled chicken strips and fries from the cooker. When I inquired about the fresh food (that I wanted to order), she indicated it would be there until the "next worker came to assist customers." Well, even though I ended up getting food from another establishment, I ate my lunch in the food court of The Pecan Bistro. Can I tell you that the young lady NEVER CAME BACK??? After my shift ended at 9PM, I walked back by and, needless to say, no one was working at the restaurant. Easily, 2.5 hours passed and this restaurant was unmanned the entire time. Meanwhile, every other restaurant on the concourse (upstairs) had long lines of customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
