The Pink Room is pretty near Robert Fontaine Gallery. Unfortunately, if you look through the guests' reviews, the staff is rude at this bar. Disappointing service is something that guests would like to improve here. The Pink Room got negative comments because of the uncomfortable atmosphere.

Very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely unprofessional and barely spoke English, which made even simple communication difficult. After 11 PM there was only one bartender, so the waiting time at the bar was over 45 minutes just to order a drink. The bartender seemed completely unprepared and kept leaving the bar to look for cocktail glasses and other basic items. It looked chaotic and poorly managed. Considering the very high prices, the level of service here is unacceptable. There are plenty of other places in the area with much better service, so I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The waitress had a horrible attitude! The experience was not a good one. We went for my friend birthday and I will never go back there again! The QUALITY does not match the prices! Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To begin , there is no Pink room . This place is called the moon something . Upon arrival , we were confused cause we were looking for “ the pink room “ but this hot pink building with hot pink interior was called “ the moon something . “ We walked in a spoke with the host & she looked confused when we mentioned looking for the pink room & proceed to go speak to a manager . After 5 mins she comes to get us & takes us to a room which was pink just as the outside of the building as well as the inside . Anyways she explains it ( the pink room ) where she just brought us to , is a private room for private parties & she recommended that we stay on the other side of the venue to watch some show . We then ask why were we able to book for this space ( the pink room ) a more questions of course cause this whole thing was very strange . She had no clue , no explainable answer & was just as confused as my friend an i . She then explains that we should stay on the other side once more & since we were already there we wanted to make the best out of our night . We get sat at some high top tables along the bar . Look at the menu , which was about 10 food items a decided to leave . so , i would not recommend the pink room cause it doesn’t exist & the whole places needs to update their open table to change the mail to whatever the current name is . So the two reviews here are from the staff or someone I’m sure .
