Thought I would share my disappointment regarding tonight’s experience at your Gateway location. After seeing your impressive posts on IG, I decided to visit in person since the online ordering system was unavailable. Maybe that was a sign! While the customer service I received from Evan was excellent—he was friendly, polite, and even suggested I try the Gochujang wings—the food itself was unacceptable. Upon returning home with my takeout order, I found that the Italian Hot wings were poorly presented, light drizzle and the other wings were undercooked. It is frustrating to have spent time and money on a meal that was ultimately inedible, requiring me to order dinner elsewhere. I sure hope this was an isolated incident, as your marketing suggests a much higher standard than what I experienced tonight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The pizza is excellent! They have may fun different types of pizzas. The ingredients were very fresh, it is delicious! Would highly recommend. The staff are also super nice! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We got the Pizza Box while at Atiques on High and what a deal for such amazing food! The service was great, the back patio is shaded and nice. The cheese bread is the best I have ever had, so flavorful and stuffed with stretchy cheese. The pickle pizza crust was crispy and the toppings went so well together. We will for sure be back!
