Pizza was really tasty and an absolute perfection. The wood fired sour dough crust and generous tasty toppings makes this pizza a standout. WOW. For just taking a chance and having never eaten there prior—this was a real win!! Food: 5 Order type: Delivery Price per person: $20–30

The Pizza Collective is not a stand alone restaurant that is intuitively found. The entrance to it doesn’t even have its name on the door or building. The building appears to be an old warehouse converted. It is co-located with The Fix through a door labeled West Street Market. As you walk in, both eateries are located in the back right hand corner of the building. It is a cute concept and it works for the area. Service is really a fast food type deal where you order and pay at the counter and The Pizza Collective brings it to your table. The staff are a friendly with the limited interaction you have with them. Then no additional service provided here. I had the pepperoni pizza. They are all wood fired pizzas. They are good. I have had better but they are good. Sized for 2 people. They don’t have anything but alcoholic beverages which was disappointing for one who dislikes alcohol. They have a “water station”, which is nothing more than warm tap water in a dispenser located on the counter. The water is definitely city water and tastes like chlorine. No ice, so just a little paper cup and warm tap water. And for this warm city water that you have to get yourself, they charge you $3.50! In addition, the pizzas are incredibly expensive for what you get and while they are good, they are not that good. This was highway robbery and incredibly disappointing to the point that I will not be back ever! I had high hopes but was completely disappointed. If you are in the mood, please try to find a better place. Not worth the money spent. Total spent for one 12 inch pizza and a cup of city water, $26.33. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Paid street parking, Paid parking garage Kid-friendliness: Only alcoholic beverages served here so I would say no to kid friendly if dining in.
