We had our dinner and we had a disappointing experience due to the staff’s rude behavior and lack of accommodation. We informed him that we would be transferring tables and he agreed, but when other customers arrived, he refused to inform them. He told his colleague but still did nothing, and after a few minutes, the customers also left. Price per person: SAR 120–140 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today January 12,2026. I was disappointed during my dining experienced at your branch @hayatmall. When my order served the baked macaroni with cheese and chicken was served on a foil. For the long run time I choosing you always to dine. I never experienced in any branches that they serve the food in a foil. But that was the first time I had my food in a foil. Is this now how you prepared the customer order for dining?. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

My choice is Pizza Company for the quality it offers, and a good variety to select from The particular Hayat Mall branch is doing poorly owing to it's inefficient staff: I was point-blank refused to be served. I was told that they will be taking orders after Noon (while AppleBees right adjacent to it was open; Paul's n Saadedin in proximity; and a whole food court right next!) by old n senior staff ALI The fact at the Pizza Company private seating area is available which is very comfortable too is overlooked by poor service of staff Anyways, the order was punched (by a younger staff member RUBEL). He was cooperative n quick. Meal was served to me well before Noon. I was done eating even before it was Zuhhr! =] I had ordered a refillable drink and the person Ali cribbed away first she asks for 7-up now she asks for Pepsi I mean, I am a paying guest and not here to be mumbled at by a grumpy old man Pizza Company, if you wish to do better business. Do away with staff which are pulling you down. Sincerely. RUBEL served with a smile and made this a pleasant experience. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in
