Choose between indoor and outdoor seating. The gracious staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fast service is a big plus of The Point Grill. In accordance with the guests' opinions, prices are democratic. The atmosphere of this place is peaceful.

Report incorrect information
When we walked in there is no sign to say please be seated or seat yourself so your left standing there and the two people working, which by the way neither of them gave us a name, didn't even acknowledged us for two minutes, not even a hi or welcome. The waitress finally told us to sit were ever. Then we sat at the table for ten minutes before the guy that was working the bar came over and gave us two menus and never brought us kids menus. The waitress wouldnt even acknowledge us. Then it took another ten minutes for him to ask us what we wanted. Neither of these two working had any manners or seemed like they didn't want to be there. Either way it wasn't a very pleasant atmosphere. We ordered the girls mac and cheese and spaghetti. The price for the kids meals was 7 dollars and they were definitely not worth the money. Both my husband and I had the burgers and I asked for medium well and I got medium rare. Again by the reviews we expected outstanding burgers but really they were just average and not worth 11 dollars each. We had to get the waitresses attention any time me needed something, which we had asked for extra napkins and never recived any, and that in itself was extremely annoying. After we were done and ready to go it took us 20 minutes to get a check and get out of there. We could have left and they would never have noticed. She didn't even say thank you for coming or anything. Both were very rude.
After all that I feel like the reviews were a big hype and a huge let down. Definitely not worth the price when we can go somewhere else and get more for that price and better service. The service was the 2nd worst we have ever had. Will not be returning
Best new restaurant of 2015. Well worth the pleasant drive to the Mariposa boonies.

Big Bang Shrimp
Panko-breaded shrimp in a fiery butter sauce served on aioli dressed greens with lemon.
Bacon-Toffee Sundae
Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Ice Cream topped with bacon, toffee, maple-caramel and fresh whipped cream.
The ice cream has a high butterfat content which gives it wonderful smoothness and mouthfeel.
