After visiting SoNo Switch Tower Museum, come here for a meal. Nicely cooked pompano, filet américain and scallop rolls have an appetizing taste. Imagine a combination of great meals and the accommodating staff, this is exactly what this restaurant provides you with. The prompt service is something these restaurateurs care about. Manager didn’t want to hear me out, she told me not to come back after explaining to her that the service was nonexistent, bar staff prioritized serving his girlfriend than a big group of people celebrating a birthday. As a whole group of restaurant industry customers, we were appalled to see that they automatically add 20% gratuity to each check. When addressing the customer service , I was rudely taken aback by the managers response. Food: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We had a family birthday dinner at The Pompano and it was a great experience. Definitely recommend it for anything from a group outing to date night to a drink and a bite at the bar. The space is beautiful, open, and nicely designed. The food was excellent - the seafood fresh and delicious. And the service was friendly, attentive and well-timed! 1st time for a date night reservation As soon as you walk in the door you r greeted beautifully with an Italian that knows how to pronounce your name beautifully Our waiter was very attentive to our needs with apps dinner veggies deserts. The owner came by the table a couple of times with a very informative conversation! My first time dining experience was great all around! Definitely making a Reservation Again because aside from the great menu crab salad app steak tar tar and red snapper dinner was so tasty and we shared all courses definitely a place you could be drawn to especially when the roof top opens and that seats 100.
