I stayed at this hotel from March until May during a very difficult period because of the war, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team for their kindness and support. A special thank you goes to Elissa, Rayane, Mahdi Helani, and Mohammad Bazi, who are among the most professional, dedicated, and caring staff members I have ever met. They always welcomed me with kindness, and a genuine willingness to help, making me feel safe and at home during such challenging times. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and positive attitude truly made a difference in my stay. On saturday night i reserved a table with my friends at the pool house,everthing was extraordinarily food was super delicious
