I came to The Pressed Penny Tavern for happy hour and was really impressed with the vibes and the food! The bar has a kind of divey feel to it but is really clean and well maintained. The bartenders are friendly and service was quick. I tried their spicy chicken bites and they were delicious. The chicken thigh pieces were incredibly tender and the chili oil added a nice, but not overwhelming punch. I also tried the tots which were crispy and well seasoned. Plus, they had plenty of beers to choose from that are reasonably priced. I will definitely be back for more!

Absolutely outstanding food. The owner, Gordon, was super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely out of this world. We got hushpuppies, fish & chips, French toast with Nutella, and tater tots. They also had many gluten free and vegetarian options! All were things we would order again! The vibes were wonderful, outside patio was super cute (& heated!), and music was a great variety! We’ll see you again soon!
