Loved everything in this gem of a restaurant. We had the Birds Nest for breakfast with coffee. The presentation of the food was amazing and the flavor was the best. We both loved getting to relax and visit while our food was being prepared. The owners and family were a joy to meet and the service provided was top notch. We will come again to this special place. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful experience. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unique family experience you won't find anywhere else, served with a meal you won't forget! Local farms supporting local restaurants, and feeding local families. Everything about this menu is carefully curated to fill you up with natural ingredients for a price that is fair and reasonable. Highly recommend! Can't wait to be back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Dietary restrictions: Sugar free and gluten free options available. Everything is made to order and can be modified to meet your dietary needs.

Came across a place called the quail shackI recently moved to Cleburne Texas for a job. Don't have a lot of things in my house right now so I went looking for a restaurant. Came across a place called the Quail Shack. Absolutely charming. But this particular day I was hungry! I know I came to the right spot when I looked at the menu and there wasn't an item really over 12 bucks. But here's the kicker; everything and I mean everything is locally sourced all the way down to the furniture in the plates. Family owned and operated. Kind of a hidden gem though. The owner's wife has a talent for baking. And in the front of the shop there is a wide selection of homemade handmade, miniature cakes cupcakes scones with the option of gluten free and sugar-free. Highly recommended Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
