The hotel was happy making £45, knowing I would not be able to arrive before 9 p.m. to receive my key. They would not cancel my reservation and sent me to bookings.com to ask for the cancellation. Later, I noticed the hotel canceled my reservation without refunding. All this happened with the hotel being aware I would arrive after 23:30, and they were more than happy to make £45, knowing I could not visit the hotel before 9 p.m. and with the reservation made at 17:30. Absolutely appalling for a business to be happy on making £45 knowing the customer would not use the room... Service: 1

Thank you for your review. Our check in times are clear on our website and also all booking websites. We even tried to contact you to make you aware. It is unfortunate that you did not check the times before booking. We are unable to cancel at short notice because we are unable to let the room out to other guests and as such we would lose revenue.

Look,, I'm only stopping here for work purposes, but this hotel is clean, has a very comfortable bed, powerful shower and really friendly staff. It's quiet and well situated for exploring or commuting into London. I will definitely recommend and stop again. Service: 5
