The bar itself in Wrigleyville seemed cozy and cute, however the staff ruined the vibes. I was there on Saturday (8/15) with some friends who recommended it, and the AC on the wall (at least I believe that’s what it was) was dripping water/some kind of fluid, causing my friend to slip and fall when she went to adjust her seat. Immediately one of the bartenders came over and chewed out our entire group as we were sitting waiting for our turn for karaoke. She then went to the bouncer and spoke with him before he then also came up to us and told us to leave once we finished our drinks. Really really disappointing experience. The staff’s behavior would make you believe we were being obnoxious and messy when the building itself made the floor near are seats slippery and wet. Will not be returning. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If you’re anywhere near Wrigley, do yourself a favor and stop at The Rabbit Hole. This place absolutely nails the atmosphere—great music, awesome vibe, and a crowd that’s there to have a good time. The real MVP is Julien behind the bar. I’ve met a lot of bartenders over the years, and he’s in a league of his own. Friendly, quick, remembers what people are drinking, keeps the energy up, and somehow makes everyone feel like a regular. He’s the kind of bartender that turns a good bar into a place you can’t wait to come back to. Whether you’re grabbing a drink before the Cubs game or celebrating afterward, The Rabbit Hole is a must-stop. Cold drinks, great people, and one of the best bartenders in Chicago. Can’t wait to come back! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
