Great service and location and definitely tasty after a big hike. Quite expensive but it definitely hits the spot when you've got an appetite. About £18 for 6.5/10 Sunday dinner. Wouldn't go out my way to eat here again but will probs end up eating here again cos it's perfectly fine. Service: 5

Nice pub right next to the train station. We were stopping at Greenacres Campsite around a 20-30 mins walk away. Plenty of space in the beer garden, nice food and a great Guinness on tap. Service: 4

Stopped off at The Rambler Inn in Edale while waiting for the train back to Sheffield and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Just a short stroll from the station, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day out in the hills. Warm, welcoming atmosphere, proper Peak District pub vibes, and great food to refuel after a long walk. Service was friendly and quick too – ideal when you’re keeping one eye on the train times!
