The rudest, worst customer service I have ever encountered. 4 of us went here as we arrived in town needing a quick lunch. When we walked in it was empty but for a dishwasher and counter/cook person who took our orders. We were never greeted, which was fine as she seemed busy. We waited until she had a moment to wait on us. This is where it went bad. Since there are no descriptions on the menu of anything, only the sandwich types, we had to ask questions to make our orders. When I asked what was on the veggie sandwich, she made me feel like it was insulting to even inquire. The entire ordering experience was as if we were putting her out by wanting to know anything to help with our orders, including bread options. We ended up ordering 4 sandwiches only which came to $64, but that was ok. We walked out to wait for our orders, and collectively decided we could not patronize this place due to the attitude of the person that helped us. We returned for a full refund before they started to make our food. She never asked us why, just commented that she'd give a refund but she would be out the credit card percentage on the charged part of the order. When we explained the cash tip should more than cover it, no response. I have a restaurant, and I know times have been tough, but there is never a reason to treat your guests like we were treated, especially as our first experience in this town. This was so out of line, I felt I had to share our experience.

Don’t waste your time. The service was poor and the woman taking orders won’t give you the time of day. The food is mid at best but the coffee is decent. But given the price it should be much better.
