Last Thursday we went The Ranch for family dinner. We ordered Steak and Ribs - Wings. When we got the steak, it was burnt, my son and I couldn't eat the steak. We were very disappointed. They shouldn't serve the burnt steak. Ribs and wings were ok.

Went there for dinner on Sunday night with a group of friends. Waited for 40min for my family’s meals, while most of the others in our group had finished theirs. The staff replied to me waiting for 40mins is normal, which was a very disappointing response, as the restaurant tables were not fully booked. The worse part was, the beef was dry, overcooked, and chewy. After eating it, I had mild stomach pain the next morning. The chips were not even as good as McDonald’s. We definitely wouldn’t go there anymore. Service: 1

A big pub. Lots of space and bars. Good food and friendly staff. The only problem is it has an area full of toy machines that are like poker machines to kids. Made parents life hell. Take them out please. Service: 3
