Galerie Nguyen is worth visiting after wonderful meals at this restaurant. If you have never come across French cuisine, you should reserve a table and try the menu at The Refinery Restaurant. Nothing can be better than trying perfectly cooked grilled squid, duck confit and beef cheeks. Most guests of this place note that good passion fruit cheesecakes, fruitcake and vanilla ice cream are served here.
The wine list is extensive, every visitor will find something that suits their taste. It's time to degustate great fresh juices, iced coffee or tea. Outstanding dinner at The Refinery restaurant. We dined on 23/12 and arrived at the restaurant earlier than my booked timing for dinner. The manager was kind enough to offer us a table despite arriving early for our reservation. We took full advantage of the happy hour promotion and ordered several cocktails and beers before ordering dinner. The cocktails were excellent, although a little pricey compared to other bars around Ho Chi Minh. The food was also great. We sampled several dishes including pastas and the steak. The steak was superb and well cooked exactly how I requested for it: Medium. I also want to thank the waiters that took care of us during our meal. Although they did not speak English very well, they had a very good sense of reasoning and hence, they could understand our requests very easily. Props to the management for training the staff very well. I will surely return when I'm back in Ho Chi Minh.
