We had an amazing time at The Ridge Steakhouse’s soft opening for their new location in March. The space is stunning—twice the size of the previous spot with a party room for events. The food was fantastic, from the kale gnocchi, plantain fritters, boneless wings, and sushi appetizers to the perfectly smoked 16-ounce ribeye, and we finished with a delicious cookie soufflé. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend The Ridge for anyone seeking an unbeatable kosher fine dining experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
