Had an absolutely fabulous dinner at The Rind on Saturday. It does not matter what you get - small plates or entrees - the food is fabulous. I particularly loved the short ribs and jamon and melon. Our waiter, Echoo, was equally amazing. Took great care of us, answered all our questions, and was crazy attentive without being overbearing. The rest of the wait staff were equally good, we just didn't see them as much. Really enjoyed the vibe in the dining room. It was happy and festive without being loud. Probably because the people were getting fed great food by fab waiters. Will definitely be stopping by again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
