We walked the Discovery Trail from Newbridge to have lunch here, we should have taken a picnic. A fish finger sandwich and cheese and onion panini took over 40 minutes to arrive and we were the only people in the pub. The fish fingers were dark in colour, suggesting cooked in old fat, the bap they were in was very average, like you would expect from a supermarket 12 pack with a long expiry date. The panini was more like a part baked baguette, but it hadn't been part baked properly, it was warm but not at all crisp, just chewy. The best part of both dishes was the accompanying crisps. If there had been an alternative place to eat nearby we would have sent the food back, but we were hungry and had another walk ahead of us, so we ate it and left. Would certainly not recommend.
