Hello Sally, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are truly sorry that your visit did not meet your expectations. I personally looked after your table throughout the evening and checked with you several times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Each time, you assured me that everything was fine, which is why we were genuinely surprised to read your review afterwards.If you had shared any concerns during your visit, we would have done everything possible to resolve them immediately. Your table placed a very large order of almost 20 different dishes during one of our busiest dinner services. While preparing such a large order naturally takes more time, your food was served in approximately 25 minutes, not 1.5hours as stated in your review. We did make one mistake with your sea bass,which was served with sauce instead of without it as requested. We sincerely apologized and prepared a new dish as quickly as possible.We take full responsibility for that error and appreciate your patience while we corrected it. We are, however,disappointed to read that you described all the food as poor,including dishes such as the Greek salad,especially since nothing of this was mentioned during your visit despite our staff checking on your table several times. We respect every guest’s opinion,but we also believe reviews should reflect the experience as accurately and fairly as possible.
