This has been our go-to comfort place since 2018. They have really good food (Grilled Liempo, Grilled Herbed Chicken, and Beef Salpicao to name a few of our faves) and an amazing crew. Nico is one of the best. They also have excellent performers during their acoustic nights. One of QC's gems for sure. I hardly share my secrets especially when it comes to restaurants I go to but I am making an exemption this time. The Roof Deck Bistro is one of my favorite go-to chillax place -- cozy, well ventilated, nice music, simply intimate. Menu may be limited but I don't need to eat a lot when relaxing. My all time fave is their herbed chicken and their nachos. They have tokwa't baboy and chicharon bulaklak in their pulutan list, so I am one happy customer.! They serve wine and whiskey, too!
