A busy restaurant for the carvery lunch today with two large parties in. We enjoyed our lunch - Broccoli and Stilton soup and the carvery for me and prawn cocktail and the carvery for my civil partner. Service was excellent as the restaurant had extra staff on duty. Had a takeaway meal from the Rose Garden for the first time, had shepherds pie for main which was as good if not better than my own. Had extras like warm rolls n butter, side salad also. Had three courses all, were excellent and would certainly recommend. Anyone who knows me knows I don’t give excellent anything so take heed diners, it must be bleeping good.
