I ordered the catering services as a part of my son's high school graduation party. We're originally from south Louisiana and insisted on "legit" Creole cooking for this party. The Roux definitely delivered! We had the seafood pasta, and it was a HIT! We had people asking for to-go plates, his friends even came by the next day specifically for more of the pasta. I definitely recommend!
