The place is charming and the food was delicious! We had oysters, the smash burger with extra bacon, the Rouxbarb burger, and cheesecake. The fries were the best I've had in a very long time! Meal type: Dinner

Delicious. Service was excellent. Food was all on point. Timing between courses was perfect. Clean and tidy. Real gem of a restaurant. Started with pork croquettes and mussels (broth amazing!) Mains of bison burger and salmon. Dessert of blueberry cobbler and coconut creme brule. We will be going back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

Had lunch at the Rouxbarb today. I was impressed with the reviews and thought I would give it a try. The restaurant is attached to the local golf course, but this is no golf course snack bar. The food is excellently prepared. My wife ordered the pan fried haddock with baby potatoes and fresh string beans and I ordered the chorizo dog with French fries and a Waldorf salad. My wife and I switched plates mid meal and loved every delicious bite. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill. Always nice when you can get gourmet food at an affordable price. I'm not a local but I would definitely go out of my way for a meal like this. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
