I would add The Roxy to my must do list for every trip I make to Portland, but sadly it closed the day after I was there. Amazing staff. Amazing food. Great atmosphere. I am sad I just found it, and now it is gone. Service: Dine in Price per person: $10–20

I will miss this wonderful place that opened the year I moved here. I spent many hours there in their first 15 years. I loved going there for biscuits and gravy or chicken fried steak or eggs and pancakes. Mostly I like going there because there were so many people I knew and loved there!
