My friend and I went the other night to Bonnie Day, we go all the time and love everything about it! However - this past time I was extremely disappointed. We were seated quite fast which was fantastic (as I know it’s usually busy), ordered our drinks and then ordered our food. The drinks we got were terrible for the price we paid, next we got our food and the pizza was COLD. After finishing our food and drinks - the server took over a half hour to come and check on us, it wasn’t that busy that evening and we made it obvious by politely stacking our plates and glasses at the end of the table that we were ready to pay. We asked for our bills, another 15 minutes pass - server finally brings us our bills, but then it took the server another 20 minutes to bring the machine! Not sure if the system was down - but we were NOT informed if it was, so we were left sitting there with no water or anything. Not 100% sure if we could’ve gone up to pay, but every time I’ve gone I’ve paid at the table. Thankfully, it was just my friend and I that went. Whenever I have visitors from out of the city I always bring them to Bonnie day because of the amazing food! I was very disappointed. I hope next time is way better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
