I was happy to find this place during a bike ride on the Rails to Trails path and boy oh boy am I glad I did. I love wood fired pizza, so I was excited to try their offering. I tend to keep it basic on my first visit to a new pizza place. This way I can see the attention to detail with minimal ingredients. Everything was great! I enjoyed my pie with a couple glasses of beer in the beer garden. What a great first experience. Can’t wait to go back. First timer at the Rustic Crust, had the Hot Italian, salami, pepperoni and hot peppers, enjoyed it so much, having my leftovers for breakfast, also tried the Peroni beer, now my go to beer, hope they carry it at NSLC
