Decent Thai food. Pad Thai was chewy, but seafood fish and prawn was not nice. Chicken Tom yum suitable for non spicy taste buds, but not an authentic flavour. Chicken was abit hard too. We enjoyed the basil pork, that goes well with rice. Good service and plenty of seating Price per person: $20–40

Great value for money! I was curious about the name - seat, table seat ?? It stands for South East Asian + Thai This is a new, second restaurant of the same name after the one in Pennant Hills, and it offers a very wide variety of SEA foods which seem to lack “specialties”. The waitress did not even understand the meaning of some very famous Thai foods. She did not even jot down the 4 dishes that we were ordering. Fortunately all the foods came out right. Thai beef salad (flying tiger) came with braised beef slices which were odd. The green curry was too creamy compared to normal. Tomyam Goong (prawns) was not very rich. Sauté beef was basically Chinese. The foods were not too sweet which was good, but the flavours were rather mediocre (perhaps it’s because SEAT ?) Nevertheless the food bill came only $25pp for a dinner which was a pleasant surprise- great value meals ! Good place for family or friends gatherings with tight budgets! The Seat Restaurant serves exceptional Thai cuisine that never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious and beautifully prepared, while the service is absolutely outstanding. The staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere that makes dining here a true pleasure. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Thai flavours!
