As a lot of reviewers state, coffee is really good. Visitors don't like chicken nuggets at this restaurant. There is a lovely view from The Safari Restaurant. The cheerful staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Professional service is what some people underline characterizing this place. Numerous clients claim that prices are democratic. The dull atmosphere does not attract users. Google users rated this spot and it didn't receive a high rating.

The most dirtiest restaurant ever. We were absolutely disgusted with just how dirty it was! There was food all over the floor along with dried sauce. The tables were filthy, covered in spilt sauces and drinks. The seats were covered in mud and foul where someone had clearly let their child walk all over the seats with muddy feet. My partner was unfortunate to put his hand in the foul that was on one of the seat. Felt like we all needed full body sanitising after being there!! Luckily we only stayed for a coffee, we absolutely could not have eaten there after seeing how dirty it was and will never be back. Such a disappointment as we've just become members of Welsh Mountain Zoo. We'll be bringing our own food/drinks next time to avoid this place. The only positive to our visit was the lovely lady taking orders. She was very helpful and friendly. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Absolutely filthy. Popped in for the free hot drink and mince pies. No mince pies and hot chocolate had run out. This was 2.30pm on 30th December Loads of booths were free to sit but everywhere was covered in dried up food,drink and trays full of dirty plates and cups. Nowhere had been cleaned. Floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. Took our lattes outside to drink instead but poured half of them away as they tasted like sweet packet ones not proper coffee. It really lets the Welsh Mountain Zoo down this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve visited the Superb Welsh Mountain Zoo each New Year’s Day for many years, we always eat at the Safari restaurant and the food has always been expectable although understandably a little on the expensive side, today 1/1/2024 will be the last time I stop for food, terrible automated service, the overpriced food could not be justified by the location of the restaurant or by the extremely low quality of the food. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
