We usually buy scones from this location once per month, and normally the customer service is business-like, but cordial. Recently however, my father went in at opening time to buy a dozen scones and the employee he dealt with chastised him for not ordering ahead. Raising her voice, she added that now there wouldn't be as many for other customers and she would have to make more (which is her job). This experience was a terrible start to our day and might prevent us from returning, despite enjoying the products. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I just got a cranberry orange scone with no cranberry or orange bits or flavoring!!!!! The lemon poppyseed the same , asked for cream in my coffee , and they may have spilled some in by mistake ! No hello when I entered , and very generic tone for service , they asked for a tip though ....... not going back .... I just live up the road !!
