I’ve bought many dressed crab from this stall, but was quite disappointed today to find the legs and claws in the shell which made it look fuller with crab meat than it actually was. Probably reluctant to buy again, if I want to pick the meat myself I’ll buy a whole crab, the point of buying a dressed crab is that it’s done for you, shame. This place is now just called Seafood. Myself and my partner got a crab sandwich and a prawn sandwich - both were pre made. The crab sandwich was filled with such minimal crab and it was more like a crab paste, no fresh white crab at all and completely tasteless. The prawn sandwich had about 3 prawns in it and was packed out mostly with lettuce. As it had been pre made and sat there for goodness knows how long, the bread roll was so soggy that it made the sandwich inedible. What brings me to posting this though, is that the man serving needs to work on his customer service skills. After myself and my partner were served, we went off to get our children some food and our friends saved us all a table outside Seafood. The man serving told our friends to move as they hadn’t purchased from him. All of the parade of food establishments along the front have tables outside of them, and people were just sitting wherever, whether they had ordered from there or elsewhere. My friend explained that we had ordered sandwiches and we were coming back to sit down, and he said that we could sit there but our friends couldn’t, so my friend was forced to move. Very rude and the food is such a let down. I wish I had read the other reviews prior as they are also a clear reflection of how awful this place is. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Seafood here is absolutely dreadful. Dressed crab, pre frozen and weirdly tasted like melted plastic. Prawns were pretty standard. Not bad but not great. Guy serving was friendly enough. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
