We've been here before and loved it. Today, there's some guy standing at the bar spewing his vape smoke all over. Staff are not concerned. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

I can’t thank the team at the Ship enough for the service and food provided for my party in the function room - they were SO helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet was fantastic - my family and friends commented on how good it was! Ten of us also had dinner in the pub one evening over the bank holiday and again the food was really delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow!! Came in The Ship Inn for my 35th birthday with my family. The food was just beautiful so much my youngest said this is the bestest food he’s ever had. The male owner (sorry I didn’t get your name) made it extra special, what normally can be a stressful meal with the children. He made it so enjoyable. He was amazing with the children, going above and beyond. Made them laugh with the sprinkles on their ice cream and just was truly such a lovely experience. Shall definitely be coming again. Thank you so much. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: My son isn’t able to have too much dairy. He made sure my son had the same experience and enjoyed a sorbet.
