It's so loud in the building that the people doing your order can't seem to hear when you repeat yourself. Ordered brisket nachos, then again confirmed that I indeed wanted brisket nachos... got fries instead. I ended up having to wait about ten more minutes for them to dump what they gave me on to chips. The flies in there were everywhere, so my food sat, while they made everyone's after mine with the flies. Waited almost half and hour for cold crap. I threw it in the trash because there's a chemical taste going on.

Took the boyfriend to a birthday lunch. We both got the ribs and they were excellent. Meat so tender it literally fell off the bone. When it comes to bbq ribs I’d say best in town for sure, next to mine!

The Smokey Bone BBQ was really good. I got the Big Daddy sandwich and I must say, it is truly big. One suggestion I might make is that the bread wasn't very special. Two slices of white bread are really a let down with meat that is so good. I would recommend just setting a plate because of this. Otherwise, the bbq was very good. The mac and cheese was decent as well as the fries. I would recommend this place for BBQ in Twin Falls. It is also decent value as well.
