Really good service and high quality food. Prestonfield house, with a century-old history, authentic and traditional British afternoon tea Prestonfield House, a five-star hotel, was originally built in 1687 as a wealthy country manor (you can still see people playing golf). It was only converted into a hotel in the 1960s. The interior decoration is very classic and the appliances used are quite elegant. . There are three plates of British afternoon tea (be sure to stack the three plates!!). From bottom to top, they are: 4 kinds of sandwiches (salmon, egg salad, cheese and ham), two kinds of handmade cheesecakes Canzo cheese and fresh jam, plus a variety of small desserts, including seasonal macarons, this time it is winter spiced, I like it very much paired with English tea to choose from several teas, You really have to come to the UK to experience this kind of enjoyment. I had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the hotel last weekend & spending 2 nights there. The room was gorgeously plush, the staff were absolutely amazing - so helpful & friendly, and rhe food was really delicious. 1000%recommende the breakfasts. Really l9vely stay & highly recommend.
