Hi Jo Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're very sorry to hear you experienced a longer wait than usual on your visit. We're so glad you enjoyed your coffee and food though! I believe on the day of your visit, we were unexpectedly short-staffed. This is not our usual standard of service, and our team are well versed in serving a large volume of customers as efficiently as possible. We're passionate about delivering a standard of service that celebrates the excellence of the park. We do hope to see you again soon for hopefully a much more efficient experience.
