In relation to your specific complaints I need to point out the following: The large size complementary salad you received was not a mistake or confusion, it was in fact a special promotion for Good Friday night. King George Whiting fish always has what you called fin/ bones compared to flake or most of the other types of fish on our menu. If you require no bones then please discuss with our friendly staff when ordering. Might I suggest that Blue Grenadier might be a suitable alternative? On the evening in question, being Good Friday, all our staff had been working hard for the whole day to serve everyone as fully as possible and in a timely manner. Our investigation of your complaint reveals to our satisfaction that your order was delivered in 15 minutes and was well cooked as can be seen in the photo you supplied. It’s unfortunate and we do apologize for any miscommunication regarding complimentary sauce, but staff feedback is that the conversation was being conducted in both Chinese and English and this was a source of confusion for our multi cultural team, especially at the end of such a big day. The team look forward to serving your needs in the future and wish you well through the season of Easter. More
