Star Hotel Yackandandah is pretty near Yackandandah Museum. All the guests love wonderful Australian cuisine at this bar. Taste perfectly cooked beef ribs, beef and salmon. Most guests recommend trying tasty lemon meringue, tim tam and cheesecakes. At Star Hotel Yackandandah, visitors can have delicious draft beer, pale ale or craft beer.

Very disappointed with our chicken Parmas being very soggy, chips were soggy too. Felt like it had all been microwaved. No salad or veggies either! Service at the bar was not great either. Won’t be back. Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly I am 3000 km from the Star Hotel Yackandandah but I suspect that Matt is the chef and having had quite a few of his culinary delights over the years I have to say that I am disappointed that we are not closer. Everything I have ever had prepared by Matt has been excellent and I have to recommend everyone to slip up there for a fantastic feed.
