We are staying in the neighborhood for a month while visiting from America and we popped in for a beer .. we had a good time visiting with the locals and trying English beer.. we are definitely going to make it “our place” while we are here. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my first visit to The Steam Packet. I arrived with Gravesend CTC, and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised. A TARDIS of a pub, and in not joking. They kindly laid on some super nibbles. Nearly forgot, nice L shaped bar with plenty of ales, lager and cider, and I guessing plenty of other popular tipples. It was dark before we arrived but the pub has a lovely courtyard garden. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £10–20
