It used have veriety food courts downstairs back to 2003. All the shops were full of customers. Now only few shops open but they are struggle to paying high taxes. Feel sorry to those shop business owners. We need to support them. We want to see many shops are open running. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went to The Strand Arcade Cafe this morning, 9th December 2015. It was our corporate Xmas breakfast. The breakfast that I had was very nice, but unfortunately, I have to say the service was well below standard. The cafe knew we coming. We had placed our orders a few days in advance. I waited for 45 minutes before my breakfast was served. Most of the others had already finished their breakfast. My coffee never did arrive. We had to request water for the table. If you are thinking of having a corporate breakfast I would not recommend using this cafe. It would appear that they cannot cope with serving a large group.
