Love the town of Belmont and this place is a great place to stop in for a bite to eat. I had the special which was trout stuffed with a crab cake and topped with scallops and my wife had the Creamy Garlic Shrimp Gnocchi and both were amazing. We had the string bean fries as an appetizer and like our entrees these were a 10/10. Parking: This place is very popular so if you come during peak hours don’t be surprised if you have to circle the block to find a place to park but we’ll worth the hunt for a spot. I was visiting a long time friend in Shelby Nc and we stopped at The string bean for brunch. We had the mussels to start with a grilled Caesar salad and red wine! All amazing ! I will definitely come back . Great service, food and ambiance. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
