Food was very good, but portion was on the light side and took 4 hours for the tasting menu with long wait times in between courses. One chef and one assistant took care of all the dishes and drinks, including the cleaning of thr dishes/glasses to use again for later courses. Price point was fair for the quality of food in Edinburgh at New Town location. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This is a 10 person private style intimate dining experience. Seated at a long counter with chef Sean and his very able (and sardonic brother) supporting him. Food is prepared in front of you with wine pairings a must. Food was utterly delightful with a varied range, as pictured below. Offerings change on a semi-regular basis dependent on season, availability and Sean's mood. Definitely one not to miss... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

I brought my bestie here for his 1st dinners for the big 60th. The host was a gentleman, the brother chefs were delightful, and the food divine.
