I wasn't even going to leave a separate review myself... until I saw you publicly call my dad a LIAR. This was my first job, and this was my very first opportunity to take my dad out for Father's Day using my own hard-earned money. You ruined that memory. To make it worse, I work in the food service industry myself. I am a 20-year-old kid, and even I know basic business operations and kitchen management better than a grown adult running a whole truck. In food service, you check your screens, you open on time, you don't keep pre-paid customers hostage for 95 minutes, and you never call your guests liars when your own staff messes up... I worked hard to earn my paycheck, and all I wanted to do was take my dad out for a late Father's Day lunch to show him some appreciation. Instead, this place turned what should have been a great memory into an incredibly frustrating, disrespectful experience. We trusted their website, placed an online order at 11:06 AM, and expected a normal turnaround. Instead, we were left standing there for an hour and a half while the owner scrambled around, completely unready for the day, still prepping his truck long after his posted opening hours. We watched other local customers walk up, get ignored, and leave. The only reason we stayed trapped there was because they had already processed my transaction online. We could even smell food at one point, so we thought maybe he was making our food but turns out around 12:50PM when we finally ask him about our food, come to find out he wasn't even aware he had gotten an online order! When we finally got our food at 1:05 PM (95 minutes later) there wasn't even a basic, decent apology. Just a couple of completely charred, sad hot dogs that look absolutely nothing like the appetizing photos they use to bait people into ordering on their website. But what makes this a truly terrible business is the owner’s complete lack of integrity. When my dad left an honest review about our experience, instead of taking accountability or showing an ounce of professional remorse for ruining a kid's lunch with his dad, the owner immediately lashed out publicly and called my father a liar. I am uploading the undeniable proof of my $19.72 bank charge right here. Look at the timestamp. Look at the amount. Check your system logs before you publicly attack a customer's family to cover up your own operational incompetence. You didn't just fail at making food today; you failed entirely at basic human decency. I will never spend a dime of my hard-earned money here again, and I strongly advise anyone else in the community to avoid a business that treats its customers with this much disrespect. My son took me to get hotdogs as a late father's day with his paycheck from his first job. We ordered online at 11am when it opened and the website said it would be 30 minutes so we walked over there at 11:25. We get there and waited until 12:50 before we finally asked about our food and he did even know he had a order. We got our food at 1:05 and we not even a offered a apology. 90 minutes for hotdogs is crazy to only end up with this bs for $20. Update Here is a now added picture of the receipt. Still no apology and proceeds to call me a liar and instead of addressing the 90minute wait time (because for whatever reason you don't look at your orders when you open the store) you choose to argue about the price. It was obvious we were waiting on you dude you saw us and never bothered to acknowledge us. You make good food but you have ALOT to learn about running a business. Price per person: $10–20
